Membership of the club is open to NFAS members of all backgrounds and abilities and there is no upper age limit; people shoot well into their seventies and beyond.  We do, however, have some restrictions on children, normally restricting to those aged around 8 and above.

If you also have  Archery GB membership, you will have access to our indoor range (winter months) located in Wath-Upon-Dearne and our outdoor range (summer months) located in Hickleton.  This will incur a very minimal additional fee - see below.

Members shoot a wide range of bow types, however we cannot allow crossbows in our woods.

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December and the current fees are £60 pa for Seniors (over 18) plus £20 joining fee and £30 pa for Juniors plus £10 joining fee. These fees are in addition to your NFAS membership fee which is compulsory. You cannot be a member of DV(F)AC without also being a member of NFAS.

If you have dual NFAS and AGB membership and wish to use our indoor/outdoor ranges then the fee will be £80 pa for Seniors and £40 pa for Juniors.  These fees are in addition to your NFAS and Archery GB memberships which are compulsory.  You cannot be a member of DVAC and DV(F)AC without also being a member of both NFAS and AGB.
