Membership of the club is open to NFAS members of all backgrounds and abilities and there is no upper age limit; people shoot well into their seventies and beyond.  We do, however, have some restrictions on children, normally restricting to those aged around 8 and above.

Members shoot a wide range of bow types, however due to landowner restrictions we cannot allow crossbows in our woods.

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December and the current fees are £60 pa for Seniors (over 18) plus £20 joining fee and £30 pa for Juniors plus £10 joining fee.
These fees are in addition to your NFAS membership fee which is compulsory. You cannot be a member of DVFAC without also being a member of NFAS.

Members can be dual members of both the NFAS Field Archery club and our parent Archery GP club. This allows access to our indoor target range (winter months) located in Wath-Upon-Dearne and our outdoor target range (summer months) located in Hickleton.

If you have dual NFAS and AGB membership and wish to use our indoor/outdoor target ranges then the fee will be £100 pa for Seniors and £50 pa for Juniors.
These fees are in addition to your NFAS and Archery GB memberships which are compulsory.  You cannot be a member of DVAC and DVFAC without also being a member of both NFAS and AGB.
